About
Parkway Youth Lacrosse provides a fun and inclusive lacrosse experience to boys and girls grades 1-8 from the West Roxbury, Roslindale, Jamaica Plain and Hyde Park neighborhoods. Established in 2004, our program provides lacrosse instruction and competitive play for more than 200 young athletes each season.
Our program is grounded by the following philosophy:
-
Everybody Plays - We’re a town team (not select/club). We strive to ensure equal opportunity for every player in the program.
-
Fun First - If it isn't fun, we aren't doing it right.
-
360-Degree Respect - Everyone deserves respect (players, coaches, families, refs, teammates), and we should both expect it and give it.
-
Safety Matters - We never cut corners when it comes to the emotional and physical safety of our players and coaches.
Registration for our Spring season opens December 15th, and closes when rosters are full - typically within four weeks of opening registration. Once rosters are full, new registrants are placed on a waiting list, and will be notified as roster spots and/or additional teams become available.
